How To Quickly Disable Hibernation In Windows 7
Hibernation for saving power can be useful for laptops but it is not really needed for Windows desktop systems. Also, when not needed at all, it is better to turn it off thereby saving some disk space.
To turn off hibernation in Windows 7 :
1. Open command prompt and type :
powercfg/hibernate off
2. To turn it back on :
powercfg/hibernate on
