How To Manage Various Google Services From A Single Dashboard

Dec 3rd, 2014 · 1 Comment

Google dashboard provides a single interface to customize and manage settings for various Google products that are currently being used like Gmail, Picasa, YouTube and so on. This can be accessed from here.

This dashboard pulls various metrics from different Google products like number of conversations in Gmail, number of photo albums, number of Google +1’s and so on.

For each of the product, it provides the corresponding link to changing settings, privacy and security options and so on. So there is no need to individually login to each of these services just to change their settings as all of this can be done from here.

Also, the dashboard has a useful reminder setting that emails you at the end of each month notifying to login there and check your Google account activity related to various products. To set this reminder, enable the tick mark next to “Send me monthly reminders to check my account activity”.

Once the changes are saved, an email reminder will show up at end of every month to check the activities.

Happy checking.
