Here’s how to quickly check and update your Firefox plugins selectively:

1. Go to www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ using your Firefox browser.

Firefox will automatically be scanned for installed plugins and you will see which plugins are not updated. Now you can selectively click ‘Update’ to update only the plugins that you wish to update. The above method works for most of the standard Firefox plugins.
