Internet Explorer 9 has the option of remembering passwords as well as content which can be a timesaver when filling out forms or logging on to daily visited websites. (For security reasons, do not enable auto complete when using a shared computer or for sensitive websites that involve a lot of personal information).
To configure auto complete in Internet Explorer 9 :
1. Left click the gears icon from within Internet Explorer 9 and select “Internet options”.
2. Click on Content tab and hit the Settings button that is below the AutoComplete section.
3. Enable or disable autocomplete for various elements like address bar, feeds, forms, browsing history and so on.
